IIsabella Sparacino focuses her practice on a broad range of private client matters for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. She has experience analyzing estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer (GST) taxation issues; preparing estate plans-including wills, revocable and irrevocable trust agreements, powers of attorney, and advance directives; probating complex estates; advising fiduciaries on the administration of estates and trusts; preparing federal estate and gift tax returns; and representing clients in gift tax audits.
In addition to advising clients on different ways to accomplish the efficient transfer of wealth, Bell advises fiduciaries to assist them to comply with their fiduciary duties and fulfil their reporting obligations
