Jane has years of over 40 years of experience working with the BDN attorneys. Prior to joining BDN in September 2021, Jane played an integral part successfully managing the trust and estate departments for a number of multinational law firms.

As BDN’s Director of Operations, Jane oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and human resources, finance, administrative operations, and marketing functionality. Other than her general responsibility to direct  administrative operations, Jane also plans for the changing needs of the firm, develops and implements key processes to aid BDN’s operations, contributes to cost-effective management throughout the organization, and works closely with the BDN attorneys on overall business planning and practice management.
